Paleo eating: what is it?

I mentioned Paleo before but just was it?

According to the dictionary, it is “a diet based on the types of foods presumed to have been eaten by early humans, consisting chiefly of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit, and excluding dairy or grain products and processed food.”

The key for this way of eating for me is  the exclusion of grains and processed foods.  This made a big difference in how I feel as well as being main reason for the success of losing weight.
