Some days are meant to be forgotten….
Ok. Homeschool confession time.
Some days are best to be forgotten.. when you get up and you don’t seem to get anything done.. then someone gets upset.. then everyone seems to get annoyed with each other… then you make some innocent comment somewhere else and someone seems annoyed by it who doesn’t realize what a bad day it has been for you.. then things just seem to snowball and frustrate you to the point you feel like packing up and running away.. then you know that day was meant to be forgotten……
I have to laugh on those days though when I remember all those people who have replied to my statement that I homeschool my kids that they could never have the patience or that they would be at each other’s throats in their home if they tried to homeschool You know those comments… if you are homeschooler people have probably said something similar to you. Somehow they think that homeschoolers don’t have those days too…
Again.. it bears repeating.. some days are best forgotten and left behind… but only after you are able to get it off your chest because then .. it never really gets left behind….. because it has not really been let go!!!!!
